# Board of Directors

The nonprofit board of directors sets the direction and enables the organization to carry and how they carry out day-to-day responsibilities is established in [Tech Fleet's bylaws](https://guide.techfleet.org/policies/tech-fleets-policies/tech-fleet-bylaws). Every 2 years, the board of directors is elected; no less than 4 and no more than 15 positions.
