# Project Workshops

Workshops are co-working sessions that teams perform in order to complete [deliverables](/project-portal/project-success-handbook/project-components/project-deliverables.md) and [project milestones](/project-portal/project-success-handbook/project-components/project-milestones.md). They could be

Sometimes it takes the entire team to collaborate in order to produce an outcome of the project [milestones](/project-portal/project-success-handbook/project-components/project-milestones.md). To do this, they get together to collaborate and produce the result. Workshops provide structure for teams to get together and do this. They help enable the successful completion of [activities](/project-portal/project-success-handbook/project-components/project-activities.md), [deliverables](/project-portal/project-success-handbook/project-components/project-deliverables.md), and [milestones](/project-portal/project-success-handbook/project-components/project-milestones.md). Workshops often span across team [duties](/project-portal/project-success-handbook/project-components/project-duties.md) but there are certain workshops that specific duties own.
