Our vision is to make tech career aspirations a reality for all.
Our Mission
Tech Fleet's mission is to create fair access to tech careers.
We believe the industry needs to give people without experience a chance to succeed. We provide opportunities for anyone to level up in tech, closing the talent gap that exists in the world.
Our values and principles guide everything in the community. We live to serve everyone from every background, race, class, gender, identity, or status. Tech Fleet partners with businesses who aid in our mission and align in our values.
Tech Fleet aims to help unlock success for 10,000 individuals by 2030. We'll do this by prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion in our programs. We seek to track our progress toward this objective on an annual basis with the involvement of a DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) specialist to ensure we are holding the org accountable and continuing to have the appropriate impact.

Tech Fleet accepts and appreciates our community members’ diversity in all aspects including cultures, experience, and knowledge. We won’t achieve our mission until we amplify voices of those previously unseen and unheard in the tech industry.

Our global community is fueled by collective contribution and reciprocal benefit. Every member has something to offer as they advance their tech career: a skill, a resource, an idea. Whatever members bring to the table, we are responsible to each other and for Tech Fleet’s success.
