Pledge of Community

We each aspire to, and will mutually support, the following practices in our relationships with each other:

5. We respect Tech Fleet’s mission and the purpose of each Tech Fleet channel.

6. When we disagree, we focus on others’ actions unless they invite us to discuss their character, motivations or intentions.

7. We share personal concerns and clarifying questions to transform tension and conflicts, to learn from each other, and strengthen our community.
