# Tech Fleet Pledge of Community

## Pledge of Community

We each aspire to, and will mutually support, the following practices in our relationships with each other:

1. We welcome everyone regardless of age, physical appearance, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, medical condition, education level, socio-economic status and nationality.
2. We welcome diverse beliefs and practices, as long as they’re compatible with our [core values.](/policies/community-collective-agreement/community-core-values.md)
3. We engage honestly, admit to mistakes, and strive to be fair.
4. We respect everyone’s time and privacy.
5. We respect Tech Fleet’s mission and the purpose of each Tech Fleet channel.
6. When we disagree, we focus on others’ **actions** *unless they invite us* to discuss their character, motivations or intentions.
7. We share personal concerns and clarifying questions to [transform tension and conflicts](/policies/community-collective-agreement/transforming-tension-and-conflict.md), to learn from each other, and strengthen our community.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://guide.techfleet.org/policies/community-collective-agreement/community-core-values/tech-fleet-pledge-of-community.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
