# Tech Fleet's Mission and Values ## Our Mission Statement ***We are the change that tech needs for the future.*** We’re a community-driven organization working together to remove barriers to access, take responsibility, orient around service, practice continuous improvement, and collaborate. We build technology with nonprofit partners that makes a positive difference. ## Our Values ### Service We work together to support the success and growth in our community. Everyone plays a part. We're all in service to each other to be the change. Together, we move our mission forward. We must amplify voices of those who have been unseen and unheard in the tech industry. ### Responsibility We are all responsible for the future of tech. Anyone who is willing to put in the commitment and to come with a learner’s mind is welcome to join. Steward leadership is the heart of everything our community does. Our members guide and support each other. ### Community As a distributed organization, those we serve have power to shape our future. We all contribute to the plans, processes, and projects that make up Tech Fleet. Members are invited to lead, design, and vote on our operations and direction. Everyone has something to offer. ### Continuous Improvement We teach with Agile philosophies in mind and in practice. We are constantly looking for ways to deliver more value to ourselves, our teams, our clients, and our community. Over the years, Tech Fleet has evolved at the helm of our community members.
