Sprint Demo (or Sprint Review) presentations are presentations of sprint work in progress. Team get together and present their goals, tasks, and results. They use this as the mechanism for collecting feedback and validation about their direction.
Sprint demos are valuable because teams use this as the mechanism for collecting feedback and validation about their direction. Through presenting their work in progress, they "build in public" and gather feedback to understand how to change their plan if needed.
The full team of people who did work in the sprint get together to compile the sprint demo based on the Sprint Planning Items.

Teams perform sprint demos at the end of each sprint.
Sprint demos are clear: they present the goals of the sprint, the work that was progressed on, info about what was not finished, and the next sets of priorities for the team.
