As a project lead, you are a role model for your team and responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment. This includes recognizing and celebrating team successes, pivoting as needed, and maintaining high morale. You are also the main point person to contact your client to schedule bi-monthly check-ins and bi-monthly meetings.
Weekly or bi-monthly 1:1โs with all leads is encouraged
Preferably one at the beginning of a sprint to create tangible sprint goals and one at the end of the sprint to make sure goals were accomplished and to celebrate!
Create a Q&A document for the team to add any questions for client to minimize necessary meetings
As a Product Strategy Lead, you'll work with the client and team to develop and implement the product vision. You will help create and manage the project roadmap and work with the team to prioritize tasks and goals. The Product Strategy Lead should also feel comfortable speaking up to facilitate meetings and ensure that everyone is on the same page.
