This page goes over how to add yourself to Tech Fleet's educational space for access to project deliverables in Figma.
What is Figma?
Figma is a tool that product people and UX people use. With this tool, you can make mockups, high fidelity designs, or digital working spaces. Tech Fleet uses this tool for project work. All project team trainees should have a Figma account to be able to use Figma (the design tool) and Figjam (the whiteboard tool) during project work.
Observers are able to join Figma as well so that they can see and be a part of the work while they observe.
Steps to Join
Click here to login to Figma with your account.
You will be added to the Tech Fleet project space.
You must verify your account on Figma for educational purposes. Follow the next steps to verify your account in Figma.
Steps to Verify
Join the Tech Fleet project space with the instructions above.
Figma will ask you to verify your account. Click on the call to action to verify when it asks you to verify.
On the verification form, fill out the following:
Provide your information.
Provide details about how you're going to use Figma (for UX and product team training).
Provide an appropriate date range when you think you will stop being involved in Tech Fleet training.
Provide the below confirmation PDF for your transcript.
